I have been working as a Practice Manager for over 10 years and have enjoyed working in different practices in Mid and South Essex. I enjoy the variety that this role offers and have learnt a lot from other Practice Managers sharing their experiences, starting up new projects, preparing for CQC and managing the COVID pandemic in two practices. I have also learnt from making a few mistakes along the way which is how we all learn and develop. Currently I am supporting the Cancer Stewards in the MSE ICB with 3 other Practice Managers, reviewing the new Urgent Suspected Cancer Referral forms which will be Tumour specific and learning about the new Ardens Manager Dashboard which will help track the patient journey. I am happy to support Practice Managers in this current everchanging landscape.
